What is Zenith School of Leadership?

Zenith is a leadership mentorship organisation founded by Gurleen Kaur in 2009. It has mentored more than 21,000 professionals across India, the Gulf and North America, and every program is built on her 5 Inner Intelligences Framework™.

What is the Leadership Reflection?

A free series of 11 questions, built on the 5 Inner Intelligences Framework™, that takes about three minutes. It ends with a personal reflection on where your leadership growth edge lies and which program fits it. Your answers are private and read only by the Zenith team, who may follow up with you on WhatsApp.

Which program is right for me?

If you want steady, ongoing guidance through a year of real work, start with the Zenith Leadership Circle. If you face a specific, time-bound challenge and want a concentrated push on how you communicate and lead, the 14-week Communication Intelligence program is built for that. If you're unsure, book a conversation and we'll help you choose.

Is this training, coaching or mentorship?

Mentorship. Both programs are led live by Gurleen Kaur and built around the situations you're facing now, supported by on-demand resources. They're designed to change how you think, communicate and lead, not to hand you a course to complete.

Who are the programs for?

Mid-to-senior professionals: managers, directors, functional heads, technical experts and founders who are already capable in their field and want their leadership to carry the same weight.

I'm outside India. Does the timing work?

Yes. Live sessions are timed for professionals across India, the Gulf and North America. Leadership Circle sessions run on Wednesdays at 9:30 pm IST, 8 pm UAE, 7 pm KSA and 12 noon ET (11 am during US winter time), with a replay available for 48 hours.

How much do the programs cost?

Each program page sets out its investment and terms in full. The Leadership Circle begins with the 7-Day Zenith Experience; Communication Intelligence begins with a conversation to confirm the program is right for you.
