Skills For Life Foundation consistently conducts Personal Empowerment programs for teachers to enhance their emotional competence and productivity. This project was undertaken with 93 teachers of DAV Model School, Kulachi Hansraj, Delhi-NCR.
This Program is an effort to provide a technology- based solution to all those policy makers, educators and teachers who sincerely wanted life skills education to be delivered with justice. CLL T has been empowered with powerful training content and methodology to equip and empower teachers with the nuances of leadership and group dynamics; give them techniques of strategic intervention; utilize the scientific methods of directive communication psychology, emotional intelligence, theatrics, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, energy dynamics; facilitate understanding and powerful dealing with adolescent behavior, effective classroom management techniques , story narration techniques, and ultimately every technique a teacher would ever need to energize and inspire students. These students in turn would experience transformations for a lifetime. Life skills needs to be delivered to students as part of the school curriculum and to professionals as a part of their official training. With this necessity arises the need for facilitators/ teachers to efficiently disseminate and perpetuate these life skills. The requisite is to have a teacher who can emerge as a role model for the children. A trainer who is fortified with knowledge, attributes and stamped credentials to shape the future global citizens and ace divergent thinkers compatible to the 21st century and professionals of tomorrow.
