MEETING WITH  Dr. KIRAN BEDI

The Zeniths were excited and in awe of the fearlessness & sheer intergrity that Dr. Kiran Bedi demonstrated throughout her IPS career. The Zeniths were invited over to meet Dr. Kiran Bedi for about ½ an hour in a rural area where she was educating the rural population of that area. She was very impressed with the Zeniths during her interactions with them to the extent that the meeting got extended to about four hours. She had the Zeniths accompany her to a public address that she was to deliver on that day where the Zeniths also got the chance to witness her address the rural audience of about 500 people. She spoke about the importance of education beyond school. She emphasized the importance of gaining skills that are relevant for employment along with gaining education from schools. The Zeniths got the opportunity to speak with & inspire every child that was present during Dr. Bedi’s address. The Zeniths were totally awestruck & motivated after their meeting with the first woman IPS Officer of India.
